Military Family Law

James also has extensive experience representing our servicemembers and their families in family law matters. Military divorce is unique in that servicemembers deploy often, which can complicate divorce filings, child custody, and child visitation matters. Military pension division also required a trained and skilled attorney with experience in this area, all of which James has years of experience.
